I have been patronizing this business for 3+ years now since the pandemic. This is a basic tobacco store, not too much like the newer ones that you tend to see more of. They have just what I need when I buy my carton of cigarettes and individual packs. I have a great repoire with the gentlemen that work or own the store. This store is like a "Mom & Pops" store, compared to the others. It does not have handicap accessible entrance/exit doors, but there is handicap accessible parking. There is not accessible sidewalk for wheelchairs, also. There is in store shopping. They accept cash, debit, and credit card purchase. This store is located within a shopping center, just in case you need to pick up other things on your shopping trip. Check them out

I don't understand the low review ratings. I've been buying cigarettes there for a couple of years. They have the cheapest carton prices by comparison to other tobacco stores in Alexandria. The staff is pleasant and you may save as much as $5 per carton.
I travel from Baltimore to purchase cigarettes from the Cigar Guy, the cost of cigarettes in Baltimore are between $13 and $15 a pack, I pay less than half of that in Virginia so it's worth the drive, I end up making a day out of the trip, I get somethingfor lunch then hit up the awesome thrift store. I get two cartons for what I would Pay for a single carton in Baltimore .
I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! I called once and the guy in the store hung up on me. I called again twice and he didn't answer, so I called from a different number. He answered the phone this time and I stated to him that I wanted to buy some Drew Estate Cigars for my brothers wedding. He said, "What do you want? Are you going to buy something or not because I'm super busy with other customers." WORST D-BAG I'VE DEALT WITH WHILE TRYING TO BE A PAYING CUSTOMER....
Very Very Poor customer service! The person that answered my call did not answer the phone by sayn the name of the business so I had to ask to ensure that I had the correct number & location, when verified i asked wether or not he had specific items in that I were inquiring about, he then got extremely irate because I could barely understand him. When he told me that he did have those products in i then ask for the prices. When told the prices I ask for him to repeat it to me because once again I could barely understand what he was sayn, he then yelled out to me the prices and hung the phone up abruptly before I could ask of their closing times. I'am very shocked at this kind of behavior & un-professionalism, I've been coming to this store since it first opened it's doors by the first owners back in 99" I believe and I have never experienced such rudeness & such poor customer service at that location ever; until now! Needless to say I will no longer be a customer there and it's people like him that makes a business sink! It's very prudent that one rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch. Sn: customer service training should be a requirement for all employees for any kind of business... the customer is the primary factor of helping ur business succeed & believe it or not, we can help make u or we can be that X-Factor in breaking u!!! I'm just sayn"
