I’ve been a customer here since the store opened, and this had to be my third time interacting with this cashier. I even have an account and points with the store, yet I was still treated weirdly He asked if I’d been here before and if I knew what I was looking for as soon as I entered the shop I had noticed him looking at my sweater pocket for a second . When I handed him my state-issued government passport, he physically took it, carefully read through the passport page, repeatedly looked back and forth between my passport photo and my face several times, then said my birth year out loud before handing it back to me, he then added I’m just making sure it’s not your twin sister or anything as if I would bring a fake passport into a smoke shop simply because I look young. I don’t go through this with any other cashier there, only him. I understand ID checks, but the overall interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Another customer had walked in a guy .. he never asked him for an id he was quick to let him buy his stuff and go idk if it’s because I am a young female or what but it was just unnecessary . I started to second guess if I wanted to buy the product but i just wanted to buy it and quickly leave because nobody wants to be treated like that while purchasing a product .

My favorite shop! He has a good selection, remembers me every time and you can earn rewards for purchases. He also has frequent deals. This is definitely my go to shop.

I have started shopping this store a little less than a year. I shop there for certain items, and when they do not have things in stock, the young gentleman with the locs, they would order it. I love to patronize an establishment that you have a decent repoire with because it makes shopping much easier. I highly recommend this business to everyone. This is a stand-alone store, with ample parking. There is handicap parking. I am not sure if the sidewalk is wheelchair accessible. The door is always propped open but is not handicapable for electronic opening. It does not have a public restroom, and it is a clean, presentable business.
