Anmol at this location has great customer service and the shop is always well organized. Vapes are fair on price for the area. Just to clarify I saw bad reviews about defective products, she opened the vape in front of me and one was bad, she opened another and gave me the option to try it before I left the store. Even without someone offering, I almost always open the vapes and try them in store. Once you leave and take ownership of the vape, they have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the product and you do have to go through the manufacturer if you want a replacement which is written on every box, y’all bad reviewers just seem entitled honestly. A vape can go bad for a lot of reasons, most having to do with how it is stored before it even reaches the store location. Stop being babies and just read the box, if someone goes above and beyond for you one time that doesn’t mean you’re entitled to it literally everywhere you go from everyone. One bad review is just about them charging tax…. Like are we being so for real….

Absolutely terrible experience. This store sells fake and defective devices and lies about their return policy. I was clearly promised at the time of sale that any issues would be handled, but when I returned, the staff turned rude, dismissive, and full of excuses. Zero accountability and zero customer service. Do not waste your money here. I should have checked the google reviews about their customer service with other clients (which is terrible)before ever stepping into this place.

Has the best service good quality products and the associate works at the store is phenomenal ☺️☺️ I shop here literally everyday

Bad experience! Will not be returning. Everything in this place is over priced. Want to just rip people off.. the smallest butane is $10 everywhere else it’s $6. Don’t recommend!! Save your MONEY

This place is never open on time, I’ve come here at least 5 times at 9am when “they open” and no one arrives until 9:30-10am. When you call the number listed some guy (maybe the owner) picks up and has no clue when his own employees are getting there. This place is a joke don’t waste your time going here. If I could give it no stars I would have. Also if you’re the owner and you’re reading this get some new employees who show up on time or even better you should come to work yourself!
