CHECK PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. I bought a product recently from here. When I left the store, I opened the packaging and a bunch of junk was in there. Random stuff to fill the package like the product was in there. I went right back to Tobacco Hut and told the man working there. He said I switched out the product for the junk and an trying to run some game and steal. I was pissed at first but I understand the shop keepers policy of no returns and why he might think I did it. I should have opened the product in the store after paying for it. It just sucks going into a store and buying a product and going back when it wasn't there and getting yelled at and called a thief. 74.99 gone for nothing. I don't think the people who work there are doing this. Probably some crappy customer who is stealing the products and filling the package with junk but CHECK what you buy before leaving the store. I am sure they could care less but I will never shop there again. BEWARE

Cheap glass pieces for wax they charge premium price and the glass isnt strong and it came cracked when i went to the store to talk to him he didnt help at all he just told me no refund or replacement… you charged me higher them every shop u can help me with a discount or something …

Absolutely 5 stars for Tobacco Hut on Beauregard St in Alexandria! Staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. The manager keeps the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked with great products. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!
