As a business owner (Virginia Vapes), I truly value the service and products offered at Tobacco King and Vape. Their wide range of vape devices, glass pieces, and accessories makes it easy for me to find what I need for my customers. Prices are fair compared to many other shops, and I appreciate how the staff is always helpful and responsive. Even when small issues come up, they handle them professionally, which shows they care about customer satisfaction. For me, this shop has been a reliable partner and a great resource in the vape industry highly recommended.

Stopped by Friday evening around 8pm and bought a vape. The vape is defective and does not work. After I left the store I was able to use it a couple of times and then it died less than a hour later. Strange, it’s suppose to be a brand new vape. So I charged it and when I disconnected it and tried using it , it died again. It only turns on when it is connected to a power source. I tried to charge it a couple times and still doesn’t not work. It is now Sunday so I called the store to let them know what the issue is and he asked me to bring it in and if anything he would give me a discount. I don’t live in the area and I don’t need a discount. I need an exchange or better yet a refund because I was sold a defective vape. It was my first time there and wouldn’t go back, can’t trust their products.

Such a great place to get vapes. Always have the best prices and the most to offer. If by chance they don’t have what we’re looking for, they’ll order what we want and have it ready for us in 3 days! No other vape shops in the area have these low prices or the most options. Whoever was working today (16 June) you are amazing!

The best place in VA to get your vapes! The product selection is massive (even for a vape store). The staff always go out of their way to show me new product offerings and deals. You can tell that the staff really have a passion for their work. I cannot recommend them more.
