O and Lauren are the best! Very knowledgeable in every product in the store and have been absolutely amazing in providing the best customer service. Their products sell themselves and the prices are great compared to all the tobacco shops we have visited thus far. They give off great vibes and have not failed us in suggesting new products since shopping here. This is definitely a great place to go to as a one stop shop, but the staff is a bonus!

I’ve been a customer ever since this store opened. I am part of the rewards program that was never created, today is the first time that I had to pay for a damaged elf bar. I’ve had this issue before but it was always solved. I tested the elf bar INSIDE the store, IN FRONT of the cashier. He said they are not allowed to replace damaged products anymore. Worst service at a vape shop, take your money somewhere else if you don’t want to pay for damaged products.

12/10 Would come again. Great prices, great customer service, awesome products. Definitely ask for O to help you out. He had the most friendly attitude and he knew his products. Great vibes all around!!!
