The quality of service hasn’t been the same lately, and during my last visit on Friday, I truly felt the difference. I visited the store on a really rough day, and her smile and those beautiful eyes instantly brightened everything. Her kindness, professionalism, respect, and warm customer service made such an impact that I’ve been a regular customer ever since. I’ve also seen other customers compliment her. It’s no surprise she leaves such a lasting impression. She is the main reason I keep coming back, and I sincerely hope to see her again soon.

This vape shop is a one stop shop for everything vape, hookah, Cbd, tobacco, Kratom, decor and so much more! Excellent customer service , very knowledgeable and friendly ! Always greeted at the door upon entering. I am new to this vape world and of course new to using my own hookah and the staff really helped me learn! I will definitely be a returning customer and this will be my GO-TO shop! Excellent prices , extremely clean & organized and it’s well stocked! I honestly think the best part is the customer service. They always send me out with a smile and feel like I got the best deal and run for my money. Thanks guys!! Keep up the GREAT work !

I’ve been a regular customer at this store for a long time, and I’ve always appreciated the warm welcome I received, especially from the young woman who is always smiling and respectful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and provides excellent customer service. My friends and I always felt welcomed because of her. However, recently I haven’t seen her, and the experience has changed noticeably. I’ve visited multiple times, and the customer service has declined. The staff seem unsure about the products they’re selling, and they don’t pay much attention to what I’m asking. It’s disappointing, and it has made me consider shopping elsewhere. I know it’s not just me, my friends feel the same way. Please bring back the smiley girl, her presence and attitude truly made a difference. I hope the store improves, because it used to be one of my favorite places.

bought a vape here that didn't even work. terrible

I purchased an ooze pen back in September that is apparently fake after I contacted the company because it stopped working. I do not recommend buying from them. If you have a vape pen in mind and decide to go here, please look on the pen’s manufacturer’s page to help identify fake pens. The Ooze pen that I purchased had a different looking charger and was missing some key elements that I wish I had of known before purchasing. Better yet compare when you are in the store and you will see that not all of their items are legit.
