Really bad, I bought something and was damaged i couldn't get a refund, basically their stuff is damage because i also bought some vapes before and they were burned out.

Good service and well stocked store!

Great service! Good selection

The guy behind the counter talked like he didn’t want my business and quoted $24.99 for 30 ml salt nic that’s priced $19.99 in almost all of NoVa vape shops. The guy seemed offended when I said that $19.99 is the price everywhere else. Unpleasant experience truly. A nearby vape shop had a pleasant lady who quoted 19.99 for the same product and gave a 10% discount as well.

This place is absolutely amazing. Abdullah is the best customer service representative you could ask for. Very informative and kind.
