I love this place! And they have the best clerks ever! Yaaaah Duke cigar and tobacco, in Annandale!

I am disappointed they're closed before 7PM on a Sunday. I am writing this review because I just watched two individuals behind me and a couple with the same disappointment. Five potential customers within less than five minutes. All of us went straight to our phones looking for the next closest place that is open (when most people are not at work.) I 100% understand as a business owner you have the opportunity to give your employees jobs that offer time off during highly desired times like today; a perfect Sunday evening. On the flip, business must be really good if you can turn away all of these potential sales. That's my backhanded way of saying I would love it if you would expand your hours.

I stopped by here for get a Juul pods..manager recommend for me some new pods and I bought it.only the reason was it can refill and not gonna leaking as he said. But leaking immediately i said i wanna return those items but he said no.. this is how they care about the customer. I'm not gonna use this store again.

This is the second time within 8 years that I visited the smoke shop. I never experienced the rudeness when I originally visited. I visited today 6/3/19.The lady who waited on me had no knowledge of the products that she was selling. She was unfriendly and gave better service to the Spanish speaking customers that immediately came in the store. She didn’t smile and acted as if I was holding her up. She told me to wait while she attended to them even though I was there first inquiring about shisha, charcoal and vapes. After she attended to their needs I then proceeded to ask her if they gave out military or police discounts. She said no. I can honestly say that I’ll take my business else where the customer service is good and the seller is knowledgeable about their products. That business actually could have made more money that day but I decided to make higher purchases elsewhere. I purchased one Starbuzz and 1 box of coco charcoal.

I know Sammy for about 10 years and he excellent on personal checks and payroll checked. Including IRS checks. Some time people use illegal FAKE checks. No business owner like to get loss.He even help people’s out Way Beyond and above. I highly recommend Annandale Duke Cigar & Check 💵 casing place. Staff is very nice with Nice Peopoles. 🍷🍷 Thank you for you Excellent Work 🙏 🙏
