The store itself is clean, easy to locate products, but what really shines here is the store owner. He is very very kind. He is super inviting and enjoyable to talk to, and he is very real and realistic with what he sells and he is more than willing to troubleshoot. He also has a great collection to show off and a great gaming setup 👌 Love my new vape!

You guys really need to update the store hours you have listed online. Google says the shop opens at 12pm, drove from 45 minutes away just to see the hours posted and find out the store doesn’t open until 3pm. Ridiculous

Best vape shop I've been to in a long time! This place is top-notch and truly dedicated to vaping clientele. The store is clean, spacious, and filled with an impressive selection of merchandise and supplies. The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me get the coils and juice I needed. Trust me, this is the go-to vape shop in NOVA!

Honestly this store have the worst customer service ever, I saw many clients had the same experience and we do understand about the situation. But it doesn’t make sense their policy. Even liquor store doesn’t have that policy. The way I understand their policy is they never wanna sell anything for me even I bring my ID. How employee can not be able to know how to treat their customers. Instead of giving solution. He just want to get away from the problem that is not acceptable. We were just trying to buy just a pipe(non drug product) which can purchase online without any ID check and there is many ways to communicate, but he were not friendly. Using this type of unwelcoming tone to their store. Please avoid this store, they are not friendly and do not know how to treat their customers. I hope the owner could give a better customer service and experience. Thank you!
