I had an amazing experience at Cloud Lounge, and I just want to give a huge thank you to Saif and Mariam for their outstanding service. I’ve been here three days in a row, and they have consistently gone above and beyond every single time. Saif made sure everything was perfect, and Mariam was always attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Their hospitality truly made each visit enjoyable, and it’s rare to find service this genuine and consistent. Thank you both for making every experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cloud Lounge to anyone looking for great food, a great atmosphere, and exceptional service!

Perfect is not enough! I would give it more than 5 stars if I can. Amazing staff, quick and super nice. Love the vibe and readiness for the world cup matches! Hookah is great, food is great, drinks, sofas super comfortable. Love it love it love it!

I had the best lamb and rice ever at this place. Everything was super delicious. I wish I could give 100 stars to the food. Deserts were ok. A little on the expensive side but the food is absolutely worth the money. I’m definitely coming soon for another Iftar buffet.

I recently visited a hookah lounge cloud and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was relaxed, with comfortable seating, dim lighting, and good music that made it a perfect place to unwind with friends. The hookah flavors were smooth and well-prepared, lasting a long time without losing quality. What really made the visit stand out was the service, especially from our server, Shady. He was friendly, attentive, and quick to check on us without being intrusive. He helped us choose flavors and made sure everything was set up perfectly. His positive attitude and professionalism added a lot to the experience

Cloud Lounge is hands down one of the best places to watch the World Cup games and enjoy an authentic Moroccan atmosphere! The ambiance is amazing, the food is delicious, and the hookah is always on point. A special thank you to Seif and Mariam for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to watch the World Cup games, enjoy great food, relax with quality hookah, and experience a welcoming Moroccan vibe, Cloud Lounge is the place to be. Highly recommended!
