Just came from there for my third visit, and now I am a regular customer, because the boss man is super personable and helpful! He also goes out of his way too~ this is a good store, were blessed to have them in the neighborhood, that kind of care is a lost art in customer service~ thank you all!

This place is amazing. Huge selection and the customer service is outstanding. I bought a hookah from here and thought I was missing a piece. Not only did he take a hookah apart to show me how to correctly assemble, but he offered to facetime me to ensure that I got it right once I got home. Customer service can make or break a business and their focus on educating you on options, ensuring your experience is a great one, and broad selection make this a must go destination. 10 STARS!

Just order online. They upcharge for everything here at least 20%. You could get a **3 PACK** of elfbars for 30 bucks online instead of wasting that much on *ONE* here. That's just an example for how much they upcharge. EDIT ATFTER OWNER RESPONSE- Anyone could FACT CHECK ME on what i said 😉 just order online and save money. Also you spelled competitor* wrong lol
