Love my British Store. I should have come in years ago but I thought it would be too expensive. Not so! Shhh, don't really want to tell you about all the really good candy! British chocolate is so much better than what we get here... naturally, our food is now shit'ty! Staff are really kind and in good spirits. Couldn't treat people better -it's quite something these days. Hands of the Crunchies. They're mine!

Only in Arlington can you get stores like these! I came for the British snacks (biscuits, crisps and sorts) and they didn't disappoint. They also have blood sausage too!

This review is for the British Goodies section — they have the UK version of various teas, including Yorkshire, that are very hard to find!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scammers!!! I just went into the store and showed the staff the Box vape model I wanted in a specific flavor. They said they have it, handed it to me right away, I paid and left. I was sitting outside the restaurant next door. Opened it up and it was the wrong model (not the same I showed them). I went right back in and said I just got this but it’s not the same as the model I showed you. Both workers got aggressive and started rudely speaking “we have you what you wanted, you didn’t specify you wanted that model”, I said “but I showed you the model and asked you if you have it, and you are the experts in selling vape products, I am just starting, so I trusted you and didn’t even question what you gave me”, they got even more aggressive and rude, it was extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t believe the treatment. I simply told them they sold me a wrong product that I wanted to exchange for the right one (the one I showed them and they said they had), but they wouldn’t budge…unbelievable. The treatment is very upsetting and the worst customer service ever. I’ve never written a review but my friends just encouraged me to do so because this should not happen at all.
