Had an incredibly terrifying experience at this store and sharing. my story hoping another girl doesn’t fall for this. I’m a 24F and called this store asking about some of there ‘products’. I’m a long time smoker and was looking for some since I just moved to the area. It was late and I was really craving! Here’s the really scary part: Since it was night time I went to the store with my boyfriend. When I walked in an explained I had just called the guy behind the counter was visibly upset and was immediately told me they didn’t sell anymore (Eve though he JUST said yes in the phone). When I asked follow up questions he just got pissed and told me to leave. I was so confused until I realized what was happening. He heard I was a girl on the phone and I truly believe tried to lure me to the store because he thought I would come alone (The store itself is kinda dark and secluded although right off Wilson Blvd). Only when he saw I came with my boyfriend that he completely switched his tone and got incredibly hostile. As I woman, this was so scary and possibly a misunderstanding but I really don’t think it was. I will never go back to this store an urge girls everywhere to PLEASE stay away. The thought of what could’ve happened is enough to keep me awake at night.

Quite possibly the RUDEST people I have ever met in my life. Their products are trash and the owner is a creep. Please do not shop here! So many of their items are over a year past the expiration date!! Disgusting! I called them to ask about their products and these people had the audacity to hang up on you mid-sentence when I am asking them the type of vapes they sell? Why? Just rude for no reason as if they are the busiest people in the world but literally nobody ever goes to that store because they KNOW ITS NOT SAFE!

They literally just hung up on me mid conversation. People who work here are extremely rude! They sell fake vapes from spoofed brands! Do NOT SHOP HERE! Poor quality all around and they will never honor replacements/refunds even when they clearly sold you a defective product. Overpriced, rude, and honestly a very creepy and dirty place to shop. Save your money and go to another store! At this point it’s a safety issue, especially for women!

This place has the BEST prices and the workers very affable and kind. Schiheb ESPECIALLY…he has been the best worker at this local. There is a new guy Ryan..SUPER CHILL..come down and visit him..tell him Coach Alex sent you!!

I would not recommend buying anything from here. They sold me a broken Puff Co product. I came back minutes after purchase because product would not charge. We tried to charge it together inside their office to prove it’s deficiency. They told me to reach out to the company, offered me no help. Very disappointed in the customer service.
