The most amazing customer service I have ever received. Beautiful selection of cigars as well. Very very knowledgeable and willing to share all of it with you if you need it. Rare find to see someone who takes so much pride in what they do now a days!

From Miami, to Chicago, DC to New Orleans, Dallas and Fort Worth I have been to some great cigar shops. I have never had the customer service that I have gotten from Joe. He personally takes the time to learn your taste and likes and what you're looking for out of your cigar. Best part is if you're new to the cigar game he will take the time to not only show you want to do (i.e. cut, punch, light etc) he'll take the time to explain why he does it that way. He truly wants you to have the best smoking experience you can have. He'll even order boxes of things he doesn't carry regularly as long as his supplier can get it. Every once in a while you can even catch some pretty rare sticks. Hidden Gem here in Blacksburg.

Talked with the owner today. Very knowledgeable. The selection is very good. I Don't get to go that often, but my bank account, is ok with that!

I've been buying Cigars from Joe for 25 years. He knows cigars, he's a great local character & Blacksburg is fortunate to have such a shop. Relaxed scene... I've been to much larger cigar shops in Richmond and other cities but Joe's is comfortable. I do miss his brother Ed... Good guy.

This is a fantastic tobacco shop. Joe is a great guy. Very nicely aged cigars. Extremely knowledgeable. I told him I like maduros and cameroon wrappers. I purchased way more than I went in looking for, because he has the best. I'll be back.
