If I could my rating would be NEGATIVE big time. I was very disappointed the last time I came in this store. I bought 2 of my favorite vapes by Geek Bar and they both had ABSOLUTELY NO FAVOR!!! None at all. Its unfortunate because those vapes are not cheap. I will never be buying anything else from there because honestly you dont know what you are buying. BIG LET DOWN!!!

Overall, the employees are extremely helpful, and they have an extremely broad selection; however, the manager and several batches [and multiple flavors] of one of their particular products leave much to be desired (which is extremely disappointing because this has always been my favorite shop and would previously have given them five stars) but instead of trying to figure out the issue that seems to no longer be random And is now instead an actual freak Problem at hand, they continue to sell all the batches that are essentially a game of Russian roulette and refuse the customers who do draw the short end of the stick to be able to exchange their acetone flavored toxic tablets for the regular fruity flavored ones. I’ve had the misfortune of obtaining three of these packages in two different flavors…… Which is what finally led me to make this post. I really hate posting this, but maybe it will cause someone to take action and actually do something about the bad batches other rather just responding with some form of “that’s unfortunate” and leaving you either essentially wasting almost $70 or taking a second gamble as the whether or not it’s safe to continue taking said toxic flavored tabs And crossing your fingers you don’t end up hospitalized In the process……… I believe that until this issue is resolved, I will be taking my continuous Semi-daily purchases elsewhere Because I’d rather be safe than sorry. I’m very disappointed, but I have faith someone will hopefully remedy the issue in the best interest of the customers at hand, and hopefully sooner rather than later

sold me a used puffco device with oil still inside of it and tried to act like there was nothing they could do because of there “ no refund “ policy like they didn’t just illegally sell me a used item as brand new who knows what was inside the device and i sure as heck wasn’t finding out just took it back from the customer before me didn’t even check it just said it’ll do and put it back in the glass container for me to come in buy and find out my new device was significantly used before me Joke of a business and the worst part about this situation is it clearly states in puffco’s breach of service for distribution that selling used items is severely off limits for them to be a distributor for puffco shame on you guys

Great selection of accessories and the staff was so helpful. They had deals on almost everything. And they had a better vape selection and price than anyone around.

The lady that was working it was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She answered all my questions with assurity, showee me many different varieties of their supplies and helper me to narrow it down to make the perfect purchase! And I absolutely love the "Dime Bag" named products. It is also conveniently located right downtown Virginia Tech!
