They switch out people who work there often. But the guy before and the guy that works there now amazing people Friendly and make it an environment that you just wanna come. And hang out in, but I'll come by several times at different times and it'll be open. The open sign is on. Both open signs are flipped to open, but it'll be locked. I aint nobody's in there. And this is several times a day it is very annoying.... i understand that Thursday you gotta do. And sometimes you gotta go to the bathroom, but I'll wait here for 30 plus minutes. And no one will show up you gotta have more than one person working by themselves all day there have been several times where I went straight to a different babe shop.Just because I didn't want to waste my time getting out of the car.Just to find the door locked.

Amazing environment, friendly workers (Abe is the man and was extremely helpful!) 10/10, highly recommend

Good place good prices Abe made my experience great will be returning!

Only vape store in town and they close while they are supposed to be open. Left a note on the door “be back in 15”. 20 minutes later no one showed up. Lost a lot of business tonight.

I love this store, the owner, and its workers. Even when I’m out of my vapes in Newport News I wait to purchase until I get over the James river bridge. It’s always a great experience, it’s clean, they have a wide selection and the customer service is through the roof.
