Ever since this guy started working here a few months ago, he has been so creepy. He asked my girl and all her friends for their social media pages. There’s this other girl who is there on random days too who keeps trying to sell me just anything. I walked in a here a couple of times and both workers were there just flirting while completely ignoring me. Not professional at all. I stopped buying from here. This store became so wack since my boy left! They just hire any one now. Don’t go here and avoid this place at alllll costs!!!!!!

Been buying from this store for almost a year now. I’ve always had a feeling like they overcharge. The store runs a deal for 4 grams for $30. I buy 4 grams and get home and it only weighs out to about 3.3 grams. I’m not crying over here about a .7 but the fact that guys overcharge AND do shit like this makes me never want to give you business again

Been coming to this store for 2 plus years and always been a loyal customer but I’ve decided never to come back again. I came in to replace a defective device that I purchased 2 days prior and I only got the chance to return it today and the white guy with a Mohawk says I have to buy a new one and the best he could do is a 10 percent discount. These things are not cheap ($30) and I told him it doesn’t take one test puff to determine if it’s dysfunctional or not. There was also 1 incident where he racially profiled me to ask for my ID but he didn’t ID the white guy in front of me. I let that incident go but today did it for me. Losing a consistent patron over a simple fix tells you there’s no customer service training involved in this business.

The store is clean and everyone I have met that works there is kind. The products are great! I’ve never had a problem with any of the products I have gotten from this establishment. Great service! I give this place 5 stars!

Centreville, Virginia Tobacco Hut is slightly out of the way for me is the only vape store I will buy from. I have never had a bad vape from their store. Taha and his staff have always treated me like family. The Centreville store has one of the largest selections of all the supplies I need at great prices. As far as I’m concerned, there’s no other vape store for me to purchase from.
