So my husband had went a few times for me by himself but, I went in with him for the first time on Friday April 10th and I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a vape store! Kailie was immediately welcoming when we came in the store, I was able to tell her what I usually smoked & she was able to give me all my options & all the flavor options. I have been going to a different vape shop for almost 4yrs now & I will most definitely be switching to this store! My regular shop has NEVER been as helpful and friendly as this experience was. Kailie made you feel like you were a part of the vape shop community on my first visit and that was so amazing. If you are looking for a vape store, you MOST DEFINITELY need to go here!!!! I even found multiple other things in the shop that had nothing to do with vapes all because Kailie was so welcoming & made you so comfortable and was able to have conversation like you knew her for years! I will definitely be a permanent customer of this shop for a long time!!!!! Kailie was the best shop employee I have encountered in a long time, if not EVER!! This shop does things RIGHT!!!!! Shoutout to the dude with the big silver chain and beanie — I think his name was Caleb or Gabriel. Super helpful, knew his stuff, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Customer service was on point. Definitely coming back.

The guy named Cameron did an amazing job and helped me pick my flavor of vape when I was worried about choosing the one I wanted!!! He took the time and helped me get the right one. Amazing job I love this place.

It is my favorite store; their prices are low, and they meet all my needs. I recommend shopping here, and I would also like to thank Sam for his excellent way of welcoming customers.
