I like this shop, they're pretty well stocked. That being said I bought a bottle of juice there recently and the bottle was made in June of 2021. Maybe they missed it, or maybe they don't actually check dates on their stuff, or maybe they don't care. That being said, if you buy anything from here, be sure to check your manufacturer dates and sell by dates. Vape juice does break down after a while. This bottle was not tasty and was way thinner in viscosity than it should be due to its age. Maybe they'd of given me a refund, idk I didn't ask. Most shops don't let you return opened bottles once you leave the store.

Cool store. Straight forward people. And they actually respond pretty quick on instagram.

AIO is the best smoke shop/s I have run into in the entire DMV area. Great selection, amazing service. Only smoke shop I would go to if possible

Very nice, friendly staff but way overpriced. $25 markup on one product and $20 on another I purchased. The issue is I tried returning one of the products the same day and unfortunately, I can't return since all sales are final according to the receipt. When I went back to see if it was posted anywhere before attempting to return, it wasn't. The rep stammered when I asked him about the policy. I said it's on the receipt but nowhere in the store. Then, he proceeded to look for it. He was eventually able to point out the "All Sales Final" orange stickers on the glass countertop that's obvious to no one and was covered by various things at the checkout counter. Definitely not in a conspicuous place, so just be aware. Be prepared to keep whatever you buy from there. They aren't budging. Great product selection, welcoming environment, and friendly staff, but I won't be going there again based on what I perceive to be deceptive practices
