Great customer service and selection, however, they allegedly have a loyalty points system that no one seems to know how to explain except the owner, who is only there “sometimes.” I’ve spent well over the supposed amount on vapes to get a discount, and somehow, their computer never prompts the discount or shows any of my purchases when they put my phone number in. And the employees don’t know anything about how the program actually works, or there’s exceptions on which vapes “don’t qualify.” Would love to give a higher rating.

Owner was INCREDIBLY snappy and rude. Gave them a second chance and it turns out that's just how she is. Won't be going back, that kind of behavior just isn't acceptable.

Absolutely the best prices in the area for glass. Trust we spent the day checking out a bunch of smoke shops in the Chesapeake Suffolk area only to be thankful to come back to here. The lady who owns/runs it is incredibly friendly as well. She takes pride in her shop and it shows. She always has a decent variety and amazing prices.

Good morning I want to thank the staff of this store located on Western Branch Blvd for their assistance. Last Friday morning I had a medical emergency at the store, the staff came to my assistance noticing that I was going out and immediately called for paramedics . I received the medical help and was transported to the hospital. Thank You Christa, Michelle, Jimmy and Troy.
