I visited Winston’s Humidor as a first time customer mid last week. I am on the younger side of clientele being 24. This business provides quality unlike many other local cigar shops. Not only are the workers kind but the guests in the lounge are welcoming. As soon as I came in I was greeted by the man working and by the guests who were in the lounge. I was in the store for no less than 5 minutes and I will forever come to them for any cigar needs moving forward. Great Prices. And a nice selection of cigars to choose from. Great staff very friendly. A nice place to seat and enjoy a cigar with strangers but feel like you are with good friends. Great admosphere.

I went at 11 on a Monday after traveling an hour and a half to visit a brick-and-mortar only to have the guy on staff ignore me. I asked about pipe tobacco, and there were 5 common tins there. I wanted a bigger selection, but that's not what these guys do, and that's OK. Finally, the guy working came over and asked if I needed anything. I looked at a pretty cool pipe and asked a few questions. He didn't really seem interested in talking to me until I pulled out a wad of cash. Then he talked a little more. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was forgiving of the inventory, but the customer service this particular day was beyond off putting. Maybe the other shifts are better? Maybe the other locations are better? But I will not waste time going here again.
