Great customer service normally most employees are very friendly and outgoing. As well as very helpful. Today Friday August 22nd was sitting here waiting on the store to open at 9:00. And the girl that was opening the store drove up right at 9:00 and then went into the store and told people in the parking lot that was getting out of their cars that they weren't open yet. Of course not because she did not arrive to open the store on time

Would Rate a zero if I could. Came on a Sunday to purchase a geek bar pulse x and I didn’t open because sometimes I just don’t until my other vape is burnt or either my boyfriend will pick one up for me and he doesn’t smoke so of course he’s not going to open it up in store , also I haven’t had a problem with a geek bar before . I got home the vape battery was on zero so I plugged it up and charged it once charged it won’t hit unless you literally beat on it or turn it on and off 50 times. Came in the store Monday the worker had an attitude and said there is signs all sales are final you can talk to the owner tomorrow I call on Tuesday no owner to speak to I speak to the manager and explain the situation and how I wonder be so upset if it wasn’t a 32 dollar vape and I’m not even offered an exchange she takes my number for the owner to call me back but I have yet to get a call back from the owner. All I wanted was a working vape I come here or the store in the old bread store at least once a well and I’ve never had a problem with a vape until now but if I’m not getting the product I spent $32 on which is over 2 hours worth of my pay I will just have to dispute with the bank? Looking for a solution to this problem as I didn’t want it to lead to this I just wanted a vape

Great store with fantastic inventory and a knowledgeable manager working. Rosey has access to much more inventory than is displayed on the floor. She is getting me a few special requests items and she will have them this week. I like the fact that I was understood and we had clear communication. This is worth going an extra few miles and out of your way for.

Great employees who strive to educate and answer questions to the fullest of ability. Not a full 5 stars bc i frequently visit and almost half the time they don't have what I'm asking for... Have asked for a certain vape juice for several months and it still isn't stocked.
