Worst service ever and especially when they sell you the incorrect products after being shown pictures….and they still give your bf the wrong item because you’re bedridden. And refuse to exchange or refund your money but yet it was purchased 1 minute prior. And nowhere on the receipt does it mention NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES On top of it all, just realized the juice that was $18 is expired 🤬 Will NEVER go back

Dude behind counter was counting money but asked what he could help me with. Asked about geek bar and raz 25k prices. I asked if that was their normal price or if their prices had changed like some other stores (vapes have skyrocketed where I’m from). He got an attitude saying they’re illegal, and didn’t want to be bothered anymore. Had to walk out, or else i was going to say something. Customer service sucks

Always friendly and kind. The prices are really nice too. Super stocked on a lot of products. I will definitely return.
