Employees are super nice and it's a very clean store. I live in Warrenton and I travel all the way to Culpeper to come here.

The employee working today had absolutely no idea about anything in the store 😆. I'm not saying everyone should smoke but if you're selling tobacco products you should have some clue about what you're selling. Culpepper tobacco huts are really disappointing

Came by here recently in search of some herbal pain relief options. Gentleman at the desk was very friendly and informative. Helped me pick my best fit and answered the questions I had.

Great place, very clean, well lit and accessible. Associate was very knowledgeable and happy to assist! Finally found a positive experience in a B&M vape shop. Will be making weekly trips! Definitely recommending to everyone! /edit Oh yeah, was so pleased with my visit I forgot to mention the pricing and selection is fantastic!

There prices are outrageous. Especially there elf bars are expensive when you could’ve bought the Orion the same price for more puffs. This is outrageous prices. Just ridiculous ! Yes and if you call them ahead of time to see if they have the vape you want so you wouldn’t waste your gas or wear and tear on your vehicle. It’s just ridiculous.today I called this store and was just politely asking if they carried a certain vape and brand and I was just trying to get a quote on how much they were and the foreigner man was very rude and nasty just because I was trying to find out how much they were and that was uncalled for. That is no way for him to speaking with a potential customer or anyone in general. He better be happy and appreciate the fact that we are giving him business but he just lost my business with them. I’m not supporting a business that is rude and inconsiderate of other people and a man shouldn’t be speaking to a lady that way. If he has a wife and he spoke to me that way. I would imagine that he might be treating her the same way. There’s no sense in a man acting that way. I would like a formal apology but I doubt I would get that from a person like that. Hope they have a day they deserve.
