I love this store! They have absolutely everything you could think of and more. I love that they have a point system so you can get rewards! I’ve become a regular at this point and Isabel is always so helpful, patient, and kind! She knows all the products so well and answers any questions I have. She reminds you if you need any other product you might be out of like a lighter or papers which is awesome because I tend to forget. You should definitely check this place out!

Is actually a good smoke shop if they would open during operating hours is why I gave them 1 star until the issues resolves. They open at 10am is what is posted on their window. Today makes the 5th attempt I have made to stop by after 10am and the doors are still locked so I took a picture at 10:30am and posted of the closed/locked store with the lights off. I don't know if they only open in the afternoons now or what but all I can say is the other smokes shops have been getting my morning business due to this ongoing issue. If you don't open at 10am anymore please update your posted hours of operation.

Tyler is the man! Got me with an amazing 4/20 day discount recommendation and stuck within my budget. Highly recommend if you need to restock or make a big upgrade with their large gallery selection.

Came in being a newbie to all things vaping and was not sure which piece to buy. After I purchased the nautilus mini I instantly realized that I bought the wrong piece and wanted to exchange it for a nicer, more expensive piece and they would not let me even though It hadnt even been 2 minutes and I had not left the store yet. SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service! They wouldnt let me exchange it for a refund or for the higher priced item.....

Fantastic head shop, only one the valley that carries higher end glass and accessories now it seems. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth going out of your way to check out what this store has to offer.
