I’ve been coming here for about two months now and just did a $200 purchase of vape fluid and specifically told the guy I can’t do menthol and accidentally purchased three bottles of menthol. Came back a week later and simply asked to trade them and the guy gave me some crappy attitude. I will never go to this vape shop again and I hate to see small businesses go out of business, but with this kind of customer service, this place deserves to go out of business. I do not recommend going here unless you want to deal with attitude and crappy customer service.

I myself have been coming to this store countless of times and have always had a great time. There’s a guy in there that always wears anything steeler related and he’s a down to earth kind of guy and can have conversations with him every time I walk in. Idk why I’ve seen a comment or few about him but I’d say keep this guy! He knows how to sell the products in the store to customers and is genuinely nice and caring!

Was a decent place up until today. When I enter the clerk got an attitude as soon as I walked in and he had to get up from his phone and move the dog gate so I could purchase cigars. When I ask for help he damage the merchandise by throwing them down on the counter the proceeded watching them roll off and hit the ground. When I told him he damage one and I wasn't paying for it he thru it in the trash. Then unlawfully proceed to overcharge me for it at at a price higher than displayed on a non-refundedable item. Last he again unlawfully failed to produce a receipt for his crime. After returning home I discovered the entire bag of merchandise was damaged and he did not provide me with the receipt on purpose. I don't know if this kid is embezzling money but we're about to find out because that's fraud and I've reported it. You committed 3 crimes today so I hope you have a great legal defense 😏. If you goal was to embezzle money and have customers not return then congratulation you succeeded 🤗.

Noah has been nothing but nice to every customer I've seen him come into contact with. Entitled customers try to say whatever they want to make people look bad. GET A LIFE. To the owners I say if you listen to these people and not your employee then you're the problem.
