Customer service is top tier. Their products are great quality and if something isn't they correct it immediately. If the laws change about the products they make sure the customers are aware. They are intentional in learning their regular customers like myself who has been going for almost 3 years. Management is great! The owner top notch! The crew fabulous!!

It really sucks what the state of Virginia is doing with the laws regarding disposable nicotine vapes, juice, etc. But it's refreshing to see a local business that's doing their absolute best to abide by these ridiculous laws and doing everything they can to still provide at least some options in these ridiculous times. Sure, there's other shops still selling product that they shouldn't be. But most of those shops also treat you like you're being suspected of shoplifting, and don't know how to answer a question about a product. At least with these folks, if they don't have the answer, they literally tell me that they don't know the answer, and 9/10 times they try to lookup the answer right there in front of me. The employees are amazing, and the manager has always gone above and beyond to correct the very few issues I've ever had. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and will be one of the few shops to come out on top whenever this legal bullshit with the vape industry gets sorted out.

Great retail experience, friendly staff with wide selection

Was my go-to until today. Usually has great customer service but today I had an issue with a vape I just bought a week ago from them. The vape just starts to auto fire and the gentleman on the phone said he’s heard of the issue from a couple different people but not in the stock they have. Which that makes no sense… then further said there’s nothing they can do once it’s left the store. Yet there’s reviews on here about people making returns and refunds on coils and products they’ve left the store with. I simply wanted them to look at it or maybe help me so it doesn’t auto fire and blow up? I just got the kit a week ago. Showed no concern or really any interest to help.

Awesome service, always helpful. I have a nonalcoholic liver disease. Which doesn't allow me to have an appetite. The staff helped find a product that works. I've eaten more in the last 2wks than I have all year. Also, I walk with a walker and when staff sees me coming they come get the door for me and walk me out. I truly appreciate them, and let's not talk about incense, Awesome.
