Don’t buy no vapes from them. Terrible business

Absolutely love Crazy Vapor Shop! The staff here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. They have an amazing selection of flavors, devices, and accessories—all at fair prices. The store is spotless, well-organized, and has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes every visit enjoyable. I never feel rushed; they take the time to explain products and give spot-on recommendations. This is my go-to spot for all my vaping needs—highly recommend!

i've seen alot of stores in richmond but i found this store the best it's big with a lot of selections in every stuffs . i just got a glass bong and it's so cool i'm super excited 😍😍😍 i recommend everyone to visit this store they also have really good deals on everything 🤗

Avoid this place at all costs. I live in the apartments above this smoke shop and made the mistake of buying a $40 grinder from them. It broke the very next day—barely used and when I tried to return it, I was told I needed a receipt. Funny enough, they don’t even give you a receipt unless you specifically ask for one. Total scam. The products they sell are cheap, low-quality garbage. The cigars and tobacco are stale, the vapes don’t hit right, and nothing lasts. They don’t do refunds, and customer service is basically nonexistent. Once they get your money, that’s it they don’t care what happens after. This shop is a rip-off, plain and simple. Don’t waste your time or your money here. There are better smoke shops literally anywhere else.

Some of the guys are over charging for vapes then claiming it's a tax...can't be a tax with one person and not the other
