You get points towards discounts with your purchases. However the owner randomly resets the point system without warning. So today I went to use my discount from the money I've spent there and found out I was all gone and my points were thrown out. No warning, no compensation offered. Really poor way to run a business.

Brand new owner -- completely different store. Fantastic selection of Vape Kits. Very clean and professional and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. I just bought a Smok 2 x Battery kit for about $110 -- it's beautiful.

I did have an issue with an item I purchased here. When I went to discuss the issue Keila went above and beyond in ensuring the issue was resolved. Because of Keilas professionalism and superior customer service skills, I know I will have no issue continuing to shop here. Also, this vape store has the best variety of items out of the other few in short pump even though it may seem smaller. I’ll be coming back!

This location used to be good but recently they have declined extremely. I went by yesterday and the store was closed midday. A girl walked out and said she was the only one working and had to leave for ten min. Customer Service was a 0. I would definitely recommend checking out a different vape store and not waste your time.
