Griffin Vape is the BEST store! The guys that work in the stores are extremely knowledgeable about everything, they are patient and provide excellent customer service. I know I will get everything I need from this awesome vape shop ❣️

Bought a vape setup and specifically asked if they keep these items in stock wanting to support them. They assured me without a doubt they would. Been over a month and theuly ordered wrong coils that they told me they dont even sell, yet still have them and dont have the proper ones...lost a loyal customer today. Really disappointed.

Avoid this place, they starting selling knock off vapes that stop working before the first recharge and refused to refund it even after admitting it was faulty. Very poor customer service from the general manager Adam, as others have said. Sad to see this level of service from a store that used to be good.

I moved up here from NC in January and was worried about finding a good and reliable vape store. This place has been my go to almost immediately after I moved. Super nice staff, clear displays, just a very nice store in general. They also seem to do their best with keeping prices as low as possible, which I very appreciate!

Bought a dry vape for just under $100, it was harsher on my throat than my bong, brought it back 5 days later with receipt. "No refunds, store policy" - ad infinitum. The cashier wrote down my number to have his boss call me (weeks ago) and I was ignored and forgotten. There are better options around RVA -- no reason to go here.
