10/10 Shop. I stopped in on the morning of May 18th and had a great experience. The woman working was extremely kind and patient while I picked out a vape — I told her I’m always a little indecisive and mentioned I had worked at a vape shop in Rockville for over a year before moving to Florida. We even ended up having a conversation about people trying to scam shops by bringing back old vapes. Before leaving, I tested my vape in-store and it worked perfectly, but later that same day it randomly stopped working. I came back hoping she’d still be there since she had seen me test it, but instead another employee helped me out. I showed him that it wasn’t working, and he could see the pod was still full and the vape was fully charged, but it still wasn’t functioning properly. He replaced the pod for me, and the new one worked perfectly fine. I also really liked the flavor I picked, which I especially appreciated since I was flying back to Orlando that same day. Really great customer service from both employees — friendly, understanding, and helpful.

Was hoping to pick up a vape at 9:45 AM. Doors were locked even when the sign said open at 9 on Saturdays. This situation was very inconvenient for me. Why say you’re open when you’re not open?

Don’t come here. I walked in right after another white lady and before a Hispanic man (white passing) And as I walk in, the lady has the nerve to go did you bring your ID with you? Three other people in the store and she did not ask one of them for there ID upon walking in. I get that I look young, but don’t profile me as soon as I walk in and not do the same thing to everybody else.

Don’t come here they sell used vapes 🤢🤢They gave me an unwrapped vape with lipstick on the mouth and wouldn’t let me return it. Absolutely disgusting. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I try my best to give 5-star reviews, because I want local businesses to succeed. I rarely smoke hookah or anything else, due to my religious beliefs, and because my grandpa passed away from lung cancer, but I won't lie: I enjoy the rare hookah experience (maybe 4-5 times a year?). This location is decent. I can't give it 5-stars, because of three reasons. 1. The staff are mostly college/graduate students, who have little knowledge of the products. 2. The selection is minimal. 3. About 4 months ago, I bought a new hookah, and it didn't have the pipe that goes down to the water chamber! I only found out after I got home. Sure, they gave me one when I went back--by trading out one from another unit--but "robbing Peter to pay Paul" is not exactly a good business strategy. I will give it 4 stars instead of 3, however, because the prices are fantastic, and it is very conveniently located. Thank you to the owner for providing this, and I believe with a few tweaks, it can become 5-stars. I'll update my review to 5-stars if they implement my suggested changes.
