The staff was friendly enough. The location is rather run down but not terribly unsafe. The cigars are dry and crispy though. The humidor is a nice sized walk in but the humidifier showed a relative humidity of 40 which explains why my cigar was a bit more like a tobacco flavored potato chip.
They sold me a laced cart . Or it definitely had something in it that isn’t supposed to be smoked. I had hit the cart about 5 times (my tolerance is high) it made me throw up and I was so nauseous I had to sleep it off, did I mention it had me high for like 2 days I think 3 too be honest. At first I thought it was just my body that greened out but my friend hit it and threw up and my other friend got a sezuire sending him to the hospital .. the nicotine should be fine but be careful with the cart brands they may vary but some are definitely not safe. I also asked for a new one (wasn’t expecting to get it) but yea they did not give me it even after explaining how it made me feel.
What I needed, they had for me and great customer service
I went into the store to buy a battery/pen for vaping and the owner said the pen was $20. When I pulled out a card to pay for it he rung up the pen and then said it was $25. I said I thought it was $20 and he says.. "Okay fine, $20." Then he just gives me the pen without the charger to it until I asked him how am I supposed to charge it. So he tried to increase the price by 25% just because I wasn't paying in cash AND wasn't going to give me the charger that should come with it until I specifically asked for it. And of course the pen is broke already 1 week later. I definitely would not trust this store and will never be back. Your experience may vary if you’re not black
