Asked for a carton and the guy gave me ten packs and said it was the same. $130 with tax. Called a nearby tobacco shop and it’s $100 for the same carton. Never again at this price gauging “establishment”

Great products at excellent prices, a go to for a tobacco shop that really cares!

I purchased two Lost Mary Ultrasonic 35k vapes. Both worked fine when tested. One week later one started hissing when I unplugged it from the charger. I thought it was going to blow up for sure. I’m a light vaper and both were still nearly full, I alternate. I took it in and explained what happened. Dude kept arguing with me telling me I just needed to charge it like I didn’t know how to plug a vape in. I told him not to plug it in but he did it anyway. The lights did not come on and he refused to exchange it. Kept quoting policy, “ but it’s brand new and defective.” Then he said you should have tested it before you left. I did that and it worked fine. A defective vape can be dangerous and accountability means a lot to customers. I buy my vapes ($480 year) and all my “other” products there. I break at least two bongs a year. Lol It’s unfortunate but they lost my business as I won’t be returning. Policy or not, when you sell a defective product that can dangerous and a fire hazard you take responsibility for it.
