my boyfriend and i came in FIFTEEN minutes before close to grab a pack of cigs (we checked the time to make sure we weren’t cutting it too close and 15 mins is plenty of time for a smoke shop) and the lady working told us they were closed. i said that i thought google said they were open till nine. and she responded with “it takes me 15 minutes to count the drawer and it’s 8:45 right now so we are closed.” i responded with “well then don’t advertise that you’re open till 9:00 if you aren’t actually OPEN TILL 9:00!” if you want to be out by 9:00 then close at 8:45. that entire experience was ridiculous and i always went there to buy my cigs bc i live downtown but definitely not anymore. employee was incredibly rude and will def not be returning.

Is there an option for 0 stars? I'm about to put a sign on their door saying "LITERALLY GO 15MINS DOWN THE ROAD FOR BETTER PRICES." Geekbars, vihos, etc you buy for 10-20 bucks? Theirs 35 bucks. Hydroxy 35mg 10 pack is 50 dollars there, any other store you'll save 20 bucks. Have 50 bucks? Go literally anywhere else and you'll get a lot more. You buy two things here you're easily racking up a 100 dollars. Anywhere else like the Timberlake area smoke shops, I'm walking out with a lot more bang for my buck. The lady at the counter when I proved I pay lower said "these are main street prices baby" they are up charging everything on everyone and I don't think it's fair to customers, Not worth your time or money. Their star bars thc-p vapes when you scan the box the actual price of them is $27 dollars, their price they are reselling them for is about $30 dollars above, so not worth it, I understand upcharging to make smoke hub ends meet but 30 bucks it's a bit much

They have great prices and a pretty vast selection. The person behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, pointing out the deals that no other place around offers and helping me to find what I was looking for. Definitely give this place a shot!
