On 6/16, I purchased two Foger refills (pod only). After getting home, I realized one of them is a knock off (brand name was misspelled on the box). I brought it back on 6/21 to talk with the guy behind the counter. He insisted it wasn’t a knockoff, just their “new” line. The knock off had no authenticity verification. It’s on me for not checking, but I’m upset that the employee doubled down on the fake being a real Foger. My wife and I will not return to this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Tobacco Wards & Vape! The staff were very nice and polite, and I really enjoyed checking out their new location. I was especially impressed to find that they carry the Tyson brand vapes, which I just discovered thanks to a helpful lady in the shop. These vapes are American made, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The customer service here is top-notch—much better than other shops I’ve visited. Plus, if it’s your first time visiting, they’ll give you 5% off your first purchase. Highly recommend stopping by. **By the way, it has new owners** **Same Shop, Different Name, and Different Owners**

This place used to be my go-to, however, today was my last time going. The inconsistencies are outrageous! One guy would give me 1 price and another guy would give me another. Like $100-$200 increase! I'm so disappointed!

In town, wasting time while my friend was at an appointment and decided to swing in this place. The gentleman working the counter was friendly and helpful. He was patient and hooked me up with a super good deal! I appreciated his patience and effort to find me a flavor I liked. They definitely had great prices and great customer service. I highly recommend stopping by here for your tobacco and vape needs.

They have great customer service! The workers are very nice and fun to talk to!
