I have been going to this place for years. The owner is a amazing guy. He is super friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you walk through through the door. His wife is also very friendly as well. They are outstanding people and have a great Family owned Business. Shop and support your local Family owned and operated businesses. I fell like family every time I visit the shop.

I have shopped there for years and he has never been rude. He won't put up with the entitlement attitude from anyone. He and his wife are good people and they have good prices. I drive from southside to get smokes.

This man that runs this location is extremely rude. He has no respect for human beings.... I'm sure he assumed I'm broke since I forgot the pin on one of my cards. I would never step through his doors again as bad as he treated me.

A great place to buy cigarettes and get other things that you may need. Mr. Patel is very nice and friendly. Love going in there just to see him and say hi although generally I buy lottery tickets and play scratch tickets and buy cigarettes and buy candy and all kinds of stuff.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! I have been making special trips to Cig City almost everyday to buy my cigs and other "smoking" needs for almost 10 years. The owner and i have always got along and never had a problem. UNTIL TODAY (8/28)!!!! It was slow and we were walking around, talking and looking at his inventory and I was very interested in a glass piece and several other item. I had just "2" questions about the glass before I bought it. I asked the first question and was told to "MAKE UP MY DAMN MIND AND QUIT ANNOYING HIM." That hit me like a punch in the gut. He was my buddy. He argued with me some more. And I gave up. He is a terrible owner and (my guess) against CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was so disappointed. Needless to say I will NEVER go back and I suggest everyone do the same.
