Went in looking for different types of products to help with my insomnia & hyperactiveness. I had lots of questions and Cyann was beyond patient with me and very knowledgeable about which products would help me, she's very nice and professional as well! The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is because the candy bar I bought, which wasn't cheap, apparently expired Oct 2025, I didn't realize this until I was already home, expired products If kept out for purchase should be offered for at least half price. This was not Cyanns fault in my opinion. I'm very pleased with everything I bought, just wish I wouldn't have spent so much on an expired product.

Most of the time it's a good experience. I went to get a vape, but they don't sell them anymore. But some white dude that was working was super weird and rude about it.

Every time I come in regardless who's working staff is welcoming, kind, and helpful. they are very knowledgeable and have a wide variety of products all at a very good price. I have been to vape stores all around the Richmond area and tobacco and vapor zone is by far the best

This is one of this tobacco shops you stumble upon because it's close to everything and you see it on the map or in the strip mall and need it in a pinch. Then you go in and are treated with amazing respect and they pull you in as a member of the family. You find yourself coming up with reasons to go back just to see who is working that day because you love them all so much. The manager will always take care of you and every employee loves to chat about all things vape (and not vape). You leave feeling like you have friends in the world. The lady that works there is the super kindest and I swear she has been there forever and knows a lot. Thanks to everyone else as well. I appreciate this place and it must be the best one in town by far. 😊

I originally stopped by for some tobacco products, but to my surprise, I found an impressive selection of vape products that caught my attention. As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed they had Redfern Hemp edibles at the counter. I have to say, these are some of the best edibles I've tried in Virginia. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.
