This location has one girl that is always working. She is BEYOND RUDE. Every time she doesn't acknowledge me as a human and has a terrible attitude/body language. I came in today 3/27 around 4pm, she was sitting on the couch as if she was a customer. I complimented her dress, she didn't say anything. I paid for my stuff and thanked her/told her to have a good day. She said absolutely nothing. Please find a better employee. I dread buying juice every couple weeks because I don't want to deal with her terrible attitude. If perilous mint wasn't the only juice I never get sick of, I'd go somewhere else. Powhatan is already slower compared to other Vape Connection locations. If her attitude isn't making sales go down, it's only because the product is good.

I absolutely love this store, and all of the staff. They have always been extremely helpful, accommodating, and go above & beyond to make customers happy. If I have any problems or questions…this is where I go and they are always ready to help. The selection is massive, but if they don't carry what you’re looking for, they will order it for you & contact once arrived. I just cannot say enough about this business. I am a forever customer!!

I have come here off and on over the years since they first opened for nicotine vape supplies. Been a long time since I went in but after a terrible experience at another store (employees were consistently rude and incompetent) when I needed help with nicotine vapes (*cough*area51*cough*) I decided to come back here. Walked in and was greeted warmly by a man named John and asked if he could help me with anything. Which, as I said, was not my experience with the other company. I'm not very educated on vape products but do get the idea of how they work. So I need a lot of help when it comes to selecting what I want. I had so many questions and John was very patient with me and walked me through the products that I was looking for and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing much. Again, it was the exact opposite experience I had at the other company I went to. Haven't met any of the other workers that work here yet but my experience here was great today. I will definitely be coming back when I need to re-up on supplies.

I got to the store about 30 minutes before close. There were 2 employees working. One assisted me while the other open the boxes and stocked product. Eyebrows the selection of mods and tanks and made a selection. While I was browsing the liquid, the stock boy informed me I needed to hurry up and make a decision. I feel the customer service is beyond poor because I spent over $200 at their establishment and they want to rush me just so they can go home and do whatever it is they do after work.

Staff is always pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Convienent hours. They have thorough knowledge of products and equipment. I love that they hold different workshops for new users, experienced users, and the novice. Prefer them over other places I've been.
