Dude seems to have a problem with hearing. I say Hello and he responds how can I help. I’m asking questions about what’s in stock and he seems as if he’s being bothered. When checking out, I asked if I had any rewards to redeem and his answer is “it’s up to you.” I know it’s up to me but that wasn’t my question! Listening was all that was needed. First and most likely last time. People really need to wake up or find a different job that fits them.

Whomever the managing associate was at the store yesterday was so pleasant and wonderful. I didn't get her name but I loved how tidy she kept the place and how personable she was!

The people there are always helpful and they have good prices, but I have bought too many cigars there only to get home and see mold growth on the cigar wrapper or the foot and they end up in the trash. I'll purchase my cigars elsewhere from now on.

The store was super clean and the environment was dope! Was referred to come here by a friend and ended up being helped by (I believe his name) is Ish, he was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave some great recommendations!
