Buyer beware!!! I haven't been to the store in Newport News in about a year because of the new laws in Virginia that were to go in place in 2025 referring to the stop of flavored E liquids. But thought I would see if something had changed since they were still open. They sold me an expired bottle of E liquid. I wondered why they had taken them out of the boxes which they usually are sold in with the expiration date. They did put it on the bottle but it was not noticeable. I was not informed they are selling them expired, I'm assuming the state has given them the chance to sell off merchandise already bought by them and when its gone that's it. They are making a profit off of expired product that is tasteless and probably has hardly any nicotine in them left. The bottle I bought was expired in 2022. Almost three years past! So if you decide to go there make sure to check the dates so you don't end up with crap liquid for 30 bucks. I would take it back for an exchange but I'm sure all their product is expired.

I've been going here for years ( 5-6). These guys know their stuff and are super polite to talk with.Jesse is the best. If I need a rerap or information on the latest news. He's got me covered. He's also super helpful in recommending mods and products to inexperienced customers. Give him his raise man!. Yours truly -John

The manager and employee on duty were Great. Quality products and excellent eliquid choices. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Went back in today to pick up my new Vape Bag Hannah had transferred over from another store and show some love for the 2 year Anniversary!!

The kindness shown here was awesome! My questions were answered on the phone, and then in person, everyone was super personable and helpful. There were a lot of product options and really good prices and I already like my new vape. :) Thank you, guys!

First time customer, first time vape user and they didn't try to "sell" me anything. Instead they focused on what I was looking for, my goals and wants. Very professional and friendly staff. (Note for those it matters to: NOTHING they sell has CBD Oil in it) Excellent selection. Definitely going to be a return customer.
