I have been really back and forth on this store for awhile, on the one hand I have loyalty to stores just because I like supporting people I know. The people who work here are really nice people and try to be helpful. On the other hand I have now had the second negative experience in a row. To their credit they have replaced the carts I had issues with both times, but both times they replaced it with the exact same thing I had issues with The last was the most scary. I bought one of their California Honey disposables, which is a brand I have now found out is notorious for making counterfeit carts. They used to carry the legit cart, but now it’s very clearly a fake knock off. The distillate was so runny I could tip the cart over and it would all rush to the bottom instantly like liquid. I smelled it and put a bit on my tongue. It smelled chemical and tasted horrible like metal. Anytime I tried to inhale it didn’t give me any noticeable effects other than to completely burn my lungs. I did call up there and the fellow who sold it to me replaced it (this is the second time I’ve had this issue) but the problem was he replaced it with the exact same cart and brand. The thing burned out within two days and it cost me $50. At this point I’ll just go to The Vault and get the same amount (1 gram) for less than $20 of Delta 8. Not as great; but at least I’m not inhaling vitamin c. Just seems like it’s not the same store it was a year ago and corners are being cut. Be careful!

The owners here are so nice! They always ask how your day is going and they tell you to be safe when you’re on your way out! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Every time i come in, whoever is working is very welcoming!! Sam gives me good discounts too! The store is clean and they have everything you need :) Been living in newport news for three years and this is the only vape store i come to!
