I had a birthday discount but they couldn't figure out how to get the code to work. They actually tried several different things. It was cool to actually have employees go above and beyond. Oh, and I love the new RAW lighter with the wind guard.

Honestly love the store they have so many varieties normally we don’t have any problems the only problem we had was the employee working he was a white male with tattoos on his leg he was very rude he was the only 1 working mind u we just came in the store then he acted like he wasn’t knowledgeable and the products he had a attitude with us and we didn’t do anything or even gave him a reason to be rude
