Came in to buy a torch and asked her what her cheapest torch was....she replied these ones they are 6.99 I said ok one sec let me check and see what I have. I pulled out a 5 a 1 and 23 cents. I asked if she would take that. She replied NO! It's 6.99 plus tax!!!!. It would have been fine for her to deny proposal but she didn't need to be so rude about it .....I will not be going back in there again.

Friendly staff. I appreciate that they always ID folks. Gives a sense of legitimacy that many other smoke shops lack. They carry a large variety of tobacco products with good prices.

The young lady working was beyond friendly and helped me with any questions that I had. Big change from a couple years ago when the very rude females worked there, glad I gave it another chance

I've been a customer for months, spending $37.00 to $70.00 every week. I bought a vape, and it was defective. They replaced it with the same model, and the same thing happened again. The manager told me it's company policy to make customers lose money because I had to pay for another vape. In my opinion, they're a terrible business that takes advantage of its customers.
