I’m honestly very frustrated with this smoke shop and the way it’s run. Almost every time I come here, I feel like I’m being short charged or treated poorly. The service is extremely unprofessional. There are usually two workers there — one with green hair and another who is a bigger woman — and the environment is always uncomfortable. They constantly have their children in the shop, who look to be around 8–10 years old, and there is also often a dog inside. I don’t understand why young kids are in a smoke shop environment like that in the first place. On my last visit, I asked for a watermelon vape. The worker with short red/brown hair abruptly told me they didn’t have any. However, I could clearly see one in the back. I don’t understand why she would lie instead of just being honest. Overall, the customer service here is terrible and the way the store is managed is very frustrating. At this point, I’m completely over dealing with this place and the constant issues every time I come in.

Nice little gem with a great assortment of all the smoke and vape goodies. Frenchie has that fire energy that lights you up... Big smile, bright energy, beautiful soul. Definitely worth stopping by and coming back for more.

I constantly feel like I’m being short-charged, brushed off, or treated with an attitude for no reason. The service is extremely unprofessional and the environment is uncomfortable. There are usually two workers there — one with green hair and another worker who is often there — and the atmosphere is always strange. They constantly have their kids in the shop who look around 8–10 years old, and there is also always a brown dog inside. I really don’t understand why young kids are in a smoke shop environment like that in the first place. On one visit I asked for a watermelon vape and the worker with short red/brown hair abruptly told me they didn’t have any. Meanwhile I could clearly see one in the back. Instead of just being honest, she acted like I was bothering her. Another situation that made me really uncomfortable was when she offered me weed after I asked a question about it. I even asked if she was allowed to sell that, and she responded, “nah, but ima give it to you anyways.” That alone made me question what is actually going on in this store. They also constantly say the card machine “isn’t working,” which happens way too often to seem normal. On top of that, the worker is almost always outside sitting in her grey car whenever I pass by the shop. It rarely feels like anyone there actually wants to help customers. Most of the time the attitude is rude or dismissive. Overall, the customer service here is terrible and the way the store is managed feels very unprofessional. At this point I’m completely over dealing with the constant issues every time I come in.

Came in tonight to buy some smokes, greeted with a great smile and enthusiastic attitude!!! Thank you FRENCHIE for your help with the new info on American Spirit smokes! Loved them!

They are very friendly and helpful there store is very clean.
