I've been buying my Cheyennes here for about 4 yrs. Never had an issue, they always have my cigs at a decent price. I've also requested a few things that they've restocked. So I'd say great customer service, intentional with loyal customers. Fair prices, easy location as I can stop here before I get my groceries.

They don't answer the phone 😕

They sold me a defective vape and wouldn’t replace it because I didn’t open it in the store. It’s a ratchet hood store anyway so I guess you get what you get with that being a factor

tried THREE times to call to call this store and NOBODY will answer the phone. Vvery UNPROFESSIONAL
