Not a reliable or responsive online retailer. Placed my order on the 4th with estimated delivery on the 10th, needed my cigars for the 12th at an out of town event. USPS sent notice that a label was created on the 7th, then I did not receive any notice of a delivery date; implication being my order was never actually shipped. I sent 2 emails on the 11th, neither received a reply, but an hour after the second email I received a notice that my order had been dropped off at USPS and would be delivered on the 14th. I attempted to call and send a third email, the number on the website goes to a cell phone, and after a 3rd email still no reply. I looked up the business on instagram, and found a different number to call, gave my information and was told the online sales rep would contact me. 3 business days later, and nothing. I’m going to have to make separate arraignments to get my order sent to my house. I will update this review, with the quality of my delivery (if I ever get it) and if smoke shake ever replies.
