Chris and Maria were so very helpful, convinced me to make the switch from a vuse to the Caliburn Explorer. They helped me pick out juices as well.

Employe Maria was amazing. I had asked for very specific products and she was very helpful and even with products that were out of stock or not able to be found she still informed me of more at another location and apologized for any inconvenience. Then followed up with an email informing me she had found the product I had wanted and would be happy to help me again. Perfect customer service. Give her a raise.

My first experience here was a good one. I walked in and was greeted by all the employees. Its clean and organized.. a great spot to hang out and try out a few things. Their touch screen menus give you the full run down of everything they have, along with their current sales/discounts going on. We just moved to VA about a month ago and I'm thinking of making this my main vape shop go to.
