Went in there today I’m guessing he was the owner cause I heard him talking to a guy when I came in yesterday and he gave a guy a 8$ discount on the exact same item I was about to buy I also work a few stores down so I go there alot but never seen this guy in there well I go and ask how much the item is he says 50$ which is over priced I’ve been to 3 other stores and the highest price I’ve seen is 45$ so I ask him if he can do 45 he says no even though he just gave the guy before me that never goes there a 8$ discount but the guy who works a couple stores. Down at the Jersey mikes and goes there every few days I can’t get 5$ off I will not be returning hope you penny pinching that 5$ was worth it

Employee had a poor attitude, & could not figure out why the juice was burning with a new coil! Turns out they sold us juice that expired either 6/22 or 4/22.. there are 2 different explanation dates on it.. Make sure to check your products if you shop here!

Picked up a Caliburn rechargeable vape pen for $24. Comes with 2 pods and no USB-C cord. An OK device, no air flow adjustment tho. I couldn't take pictures of their merchandise due to a no pictures policy. They claim people use the pictures to price shop other stores. I always hit this place for my Nano 4 pods. They have the 3ml size that refills from the side without taking the black top off like the other Vaporesso pods. You get points on vape juices only, and they want your cell number. You will get tons of spam calls after that. Cheapest in town. Not certain what I am supposed to "add" to the review as asked by Maps. No points for anything other than vape juices.

Excellent customer service. I was all worked up having to go back to the store to return a vape I bought that I didn't like. The woman that works there disarmed me in like 2 seconds with her amazing customer service.I left very happy. Thank you so much! p.s.- They are never out of stock.The store is super clean. And, everyone who works there is very nice.

Best customer service ever - OUTSTANDING! No matter who is working I've always been acknowledged with a genuine smile and greeting upon entering the store. I'm treated with respect and care whether I'm making a purchase or just asking a question. The store is always clean, neat and professional. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable with terrific personalities. Usually it's the customer who receives the "Thank you" sentiment.
