What a great place to get cigars! Every store I’ve been to has a great selection, great temp/humi control and absolutely great prices! The Midlothian store was an exceptional with knowledge, advice and service. Sam and Mo really make this a great place for us smokers. Kudos!

Absolutely love this location! Mardi is the best! I drive almost 20 min out of my way to come to this location vs the one by my house. Great vibes, personably and knows her stuff

It’s a hit and miss honestly 🤷🏽‍♀️ If you get helped by Mardi then you’re lucky and you’ll have a great customer service 🙌🏼 But if you get stuck with David 😒 Then sorry for you because he’s the worst 😒 Got there ask questions he was with a buddy so I was not important I guess he doesn’t care about customers, so I ask Mardi and she was so helpful and with the best attitude and smile 😊 ABSOLUTELY 💯 THE BEST❤️ Thanks Mardi🙏🏽Because that day I was just going to go to a different place if it wasn’t because of you. And to you David you should go and work somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with customers because you’re definitely not good at it😒

Who ever the new girl is sucks at customer service and doesn't have a clue what she's talking about.... What happened to this store,??? Y'all went down hill quick. Don't recommend at all. Check out Eastcoast for all of your vape, smoking needs & Havana for cigars

Angel was super helpful! My fiance has been having a hard time finding a vape he likes that does not make him cough. Angel talked us through the differences of certain ones. We found a winner. Thank you, Angel! We will be back for more.
